STL Startup Week 2022

Large companies and startups often have different drivers and can operate very differently. Yet there is much that each can learn from the other. Employees at large corporations often know very little about how startups function and many start up founders and employees are similarly unaware of the pros and cons of working in a corporate setting. Our panelists have had a diverse set of experiences spanning both corporate and startup worlds and are uniquely positioned to offer insights into both. They will share the real-life experiences that have informed and helped them, what they wished they knew before they moved across these different settings and why it is important to have cross-pollination of talent between the two.
